🇬🇧A new school year doesn’t mean that the body suddenly stops needing movement! 🎒
After more than two months filled with activity, running, and spontaneous play, let’s make sure that going back to school doesn’t take away our children’s opportunities to move freely throughout the day!
Let’s remember that the need for movement doesn’t disappear when the school year begins. Children naturally change positions, fidget, or look for an opportunity to stand up. Instead of treating every little movement as a sign of poor concentration, it’s worth remembering that physical activity and cognitive processes go hand in hand. Activity can support attention, concentration, and learning🧠
So let’s try to make this September transition a little easier for our children. Let’s remember about breaks, walks, and physical activity after school, but also give them the freedom to change positions during long hours of studying at home.
And this is exactly where the Dragonfly Chair can help - allowing them to sit, change positions, and move without constantly being reminded to “sit up straight and stop fidgeting!” ❤️
