Payment Policy:
- 10% of the billed amount is obligatory as a token to secure your desired products and to place your order
- 75% advance amount within 3 days of your token payment should be paid to secure your product until the agreed delivery date
- Balanc
e payment should be paid at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date
Delivery Policy:
- Deliveries are made within 7 working days subject to availability or the agreed delivery date, in case the payment is made by cheque, the delivery will be made within 7 days after the amount is transferred.
- In case the balance payment is not received 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, the order will be rescheduled as per the availability.
- In case the advance or balance amount is not received within the above mentioned times, the items will be cancelled against your name until the advance or balance amount is received. Additional:
- To ensure customer satisfaction and quality assurance you are requested to fill out the customer satisfaction form provided at the time of delivery,
- Only one Promotional offer can be availed at a time.
- You will be provided Interior designing consultation as per your wish, with nominal charges which will be adjusted at the time of final billing.
