FINAL NOTICE - DEMAND FOR PAYMENTโผ๏ธ
To the concerned Client,
We can no longer allow the repeated delays and unfulfilled promises regarding this transaction. This will serve as our final notice.
We do not usually post situations like this, however this transaction has already exhausted our patience after multiple delays and assurances that were not fulfilled. We have given enough time to settle this privately, but the payment is still not completed.
This is to formally inform that the customized sofa has already been delivered and is now in your possession under Cash on Delivery terms on Monday 3/9/26. As of today, the payment remains unsettled despite several promises and assurances.
Please be advised that if the full balance is not paid within the day, we will be compelled to proceed with formal action, including filing a barangay complaint, small claims case, and other legal remedies necessary to recover the amount.
As upholsterers, we invest time, labor, and materials to produce quality furniture, and we expect the same honesty and responsibility from our clients.
This post also serves as a reminder to future customers to place orders only if you are fully prepared to honor your payment obligation.
