They sold their products on installment basis at a very minimal interest rate. After about a year, their hardwork and dedication paved way to the transformation of CAGAYAN HK TRADING into a medium enterprise presently known as CAGAYAN APPLIANCE CENTER (CAC). The big time dealers of appliances discovered CAC and have offered terms for appliances. Good business relationship were built and preserved and CAC's good credit standing was established multiplying its loan exposure. The company gone through a big leap in just a short span of time. On December 18, 2009 and January 22, 2013, CAGAYAN APPLIANCE CENTER was adjudged as Finalist in two consecutive years of the NATIONAL SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING FILIPINO RETAILERS' ASSOCIATION (PRA) and the DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY (DTI) and as REGION 02'S BEST DTI-CERTIFIED ESTABLISHMENTS - SILVER SEAL AWARD (Appliance Category).
