Samples of HEAT ILLNESS
HEAT EXHAUSTION
Muscle cramps, pale, moist skin, usually with fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fatigue, weakness, anxiety and faint feeling.
HEAT CRAMPS
Painful cramps, esp. in the legs and flushed, moist skin.
HEAT RASHES
Red clusters of small blisters that look like pimples on the skin usually on the neck, chest, groin or in elbow creases.
HEAT STROKE
War, dry skin, high fever, r+apid heart rate, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, headache, fatigue, confusion, agitation, lethargy, stupor, seizures, coma, and death are possible.
