Under the Old Covenant, people brought sacrifices again and again.
Altars burned, animals were offered, and rituals were performed — yet sin was never fully removed.

But on the Cross, everything changed.

the golds of autumn corn,
the blues of the still, patient river.

Each feathered fold
is a wing of the great eagle,
lifting prayers to the sky.
Each sway of her body
is the bending of tall grass before the storm.

The people watch in silence,
for this is not just a dance—
it is a calling,
a binding of earth and sky,
a promise that the old ways
still breathe among them.

And as the final step lands,
the sun spills its light across her path,
following her,
as if the day itself
had been waiting for her to rise.
