STEP 1: Pirmahan ang lista sa posibleng mahimong benepisyaryo ug sutaon kung sakto ang mga dokumento nga gikinahanglan
STEP 2: Oryentasyon kabahin sa 4Ps
STEP 3: Balidasyon sa mga impormasyon sa pamilya
STEP 4: Pagsuta sa kalidad sa mga nakuha nga impormasyon
STEP 5: Paghatag og "Katibayan" form

Inig kahuman sa lima ka steps o lakang sa registration, dili pa automatic o garantiya nga mahimo na nga maapil sa 4Ps ang maong pamilya. Palihug paabota ang kompirmasyon gikan sa DSWD nga ipaskil sa inyong barangay hall.

For Correction

1. Correction of Name and Birthday - PSA Birth Certificate
2. Change of Name/Status - Certificate of Marriage, CENOMAR or Court Order with Finality

OPEN INVITE PARA NINYO

We would like to invite you guys to the Christmas Lighting Ceremony tomorrow. There will be two venues for the Christmas lighting ceremony tomorrow, which also happens to be my Birthday.

POBLACION PARK at 530pm
The first venue will be in Poblacion Park. Aside from the Christmas lighting ceremony we will also be opening the new market in the Multi purpose building there as well. After opening the market in the multipurpose building we will be having the formal Christmas Lighting Ceremony.

CITY HALL at 630pm.
The second venue will be in City Hall. There will be a program and then we will also have the Christmas Lighting ceremony in the end.
