Responsibilities:
Employee is expected to be performing various Administrative functions to support business management and operations.
To perform the HR functions related to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations.
Monitors and replenishes office supplies to constantly accommodate the needs of the employees.
Manage company assets and facilities maintenance.
Monitor compliance to business licenses and property management.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Keep track of important schedules, staff meetings, board members conferences and the likes.
Conducts end to end process of Recruitment for all Rank & File to Supervisory Level
In charge of processing and renewals of business permit and company vehicles including maintenance
In charge of payment remittances to statutory governmental contributions
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related courses
Proven at least 2 years work experience as an HR administrative assistant
Excellent skills in using MS Office applications
Solid background in Labor law.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Professionalism and Teamwork skills
Keen to details
A 'can-do' attitude.
Support team in ad-hoc, routine and emergency work where necessary
Willing to work on-site in Western Bicutan
Can work ASAP!
