PROJECT TURNOVER | MIX INSTITUTE GH TOWER OFFICE

From vision, to design, to reality.

After 60 days of construction, we are proud to officially turn over the new office of MIX Institute of Business and Leadership, a workspace designed not simply to look impressive, but to represent what the institution stands for.

The design was intentional.

For an institution centered on business, leadership, learning, and personal development, we wanted the physical environment to communicate the same message the moment someone walks through the door: credibility, ambition, excellence, and growth.

The classrooms were designed to provide a professional learning environment. The executive office and meeting areas were created to feel authoritative yet welcoming. Glass partitions maintain openness and visual connection, while the lounges provide more relaxed spaces for conversations, collaboration, and relationship-building.

More importantly, we wanted the office to become an extension of the MIX Institute brand itself.

Because a workplace is more than walls, ceilings, furniture, and finishes. The right environment can influence how people feel, how they learn, how they work, and how they perceive an organization.

60 days of construction. Countless details, coordination, and challenges behind the scenes. One shared goal: to create a space worthy of the vision our client is building.

This is the design we developed for the new MIX Institute campus at GH Tower, Greenhills, San Juan.

The concept started with one clear direction: create a space that reflects leadership, discipline, excellence and modern thinking.

We combined executive corporate aesthetics with warmth and functionality. Dark tones balanced with natural light, glass walls to promote transparency, and carefully selected materials to make every space feel intentional, focused, and inspiring.

Every area was designed to support learning, collaboration, and decision-making. From the reception that sets the tone, to the boardroom, classroom and consulting rooms, and the lounge that encourage both structure and creativity.

Construction will be starting soon, with a target completion by the end of March. We’re excited to see this vision come to life!
