** Overcleaning fee of 500php may be charged IF the place is excessively dirty. Improper handling of furnitures, appliances, fixtures, sinks and water faucets (leaving vomits or items that can clog) , smoking inside the rooms or the house, are damages ong the walls, are subject to the FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. In case the cost or repair is more than 2,000php , ADDITIONAL FEES may be required. Guests are not allowed to hang, attach posters or decorations inside the house as this will damage the wall paintings.
4. A rental agreement must be signed by the person who booked before check in. Remaining balance must also be paid upon entry.
5. kitchen and dining utensils are not included in the rental. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN as to prevent CROSS CONTAMINATION. You can bring your own cooking utensils such as gas burner.
6. We DO NOT ACCEPT DAYTIME RESERVATION.
7. NO LOUD MUSIC 10-pm owards

8. House PETS are allowed but need to make sure they have diapers
9. SMOKING. It is strictly prohibited inside the villa, terrace, gazebo and pool areas. Once caught smoking in the prohibited areas, security deposit fee will be automatically forfeited.
10. RIGHT CONDUCT - We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guest should we find them engaging in fraternity haze initiations or fighting, under the influence of illegal drugs, or too much alcohol drink.
11. SWIMMING POOL RULES:
A. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. B. No running, diving or horse playing around the pool area. C. No smoking, eating or drinking in or beside the pool, broken bottles or glass may contaminate the pool water and cause injuries. ** SECURITY DEPOSIT is forfeited for those who violate this rule.
12. Cancellation. There are no refunds for reservations that are cancelled and for early check-out. However, the guest can re-schedule their reservation in our available dates and time. Advisory of 7 days of notice prior to schedule of your booking is required if you will reschedule.
13. Reservations. For official reservation, we require 50% down payment at the time of booking. Reservation is first come, first served. A full payment should be given on the schedule day of reservation.
