Rescheduled power interruption in parts of Ilocos Norte

The scheduled substation upgrading activities affecting INEC on 28 February 2026 has been rescheduled to accommodate the request of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte.

The new schedule will be on Saturday, 7 March 2026.

Time: 4:30AM - 12:30PM
Affected: INEC ( INEC - Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc. ) (Laoag 1&2, Piddig, Dingras, and Marcos Substations)

Time: 4:30AM - 4:30PM
Affected: INEC (Burgos Substation)

Specific areas are determined by the electric cooperative. NGCP will exert all efforts to restore power earlier or as scheduled.
