Brief History of the Company

Dandy L. Misolania began in 2002 as a Subcontractor of leading General Contractors for commercial buildings, schools, and churches. It also built houses by providing services from design to completion. It was formerly registered as a single proprietorship under the ownership and supervision of a very young and energetic Engineer Dandy L. Misolania and was registered to DTI as DLM Surveying and Construction. Since then it has built its reputation consistent to its mission in all its projects and has maintained its commitments right on schedule and according to specifications. Five years later, it expanded its operation and entered into prestigious projects that give birth to DLM KONSTRUCT, INC. Twelve years later, it expanded once again and entered to a new line of business, a fabrication of modular cabinets and to be an exclusive distributor of GORY CUCINE, Modular Kitchen manufactured in Italy that give birth to DLM STONECAST BUILDERS.

In its pursuit of total quality in construction through new and innovative techniques DLM STONECAST BUILDERS a sole proprietor company expand once again after a year and change it to Incorporation that is now DLM CONCEPT, INC.. It was organized under the Philippine law and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 1, 2015. Through its association with the most renowned Architects and Interior Designers, it can now assemble a group of professionals to create a better technical team that provide superior quality services to its valued clients.

Today, DLM with the full support of its new management team, it is expected to assume an even more aggressive role in the Philippine Construction scene.
