An industrial mancave in the sky. 🖤

Perched high above the city at Proscenium Residences in Rockwell, this 2-bedroom unit was completely reimagined into a spacious 1-bedroom bachelor’s pad with a dedicated home office.

We traded the conventional layout for something more open, intentional, and unapologetically masculine—layering raw textures, warm woods, dark finishes, and industrial details against that incredible skyline.

Less rooms. More space. More character.

A bachelor’s pad designed around texture, contrast, and quiet luxury—where warm walnut, woven cane, raw concrete, black accents, and sculptural pieces come together without competing for attention.

From the statement living space to the open kitchen, dining area, private work zone, and that uninterrupted view beyond—the goal was simple: make every corner feel intentional.
