KITKAT x MOBILE LEGENDS 2024: BANG BANG TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Buy a KitKat 4-Finger Bundle with exclusive Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) sleeves and win
any of the following free in-game item: Emblems, Skins, Diamonds (See table 1 for full list of
prizes to be released).
2. Promo duration from March 1, 2024-August 30, 2024.
3. Exclusive MLBB Sleeves available in Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Drugstores, Minimarts,
and other channels KitKat is currently available in. Available only in Luzon.
4. How to claim in-game prizes:
Step 1: Buy a KitKat 4-Finger Bundle with exclusive KitKat x MLBB Sleeves. Step 2: Tear open sleeve to reveal scratch card printed inside. Step 3: Scratch to unlock your treasure. If upon purchase, there is tampering of the
sleeve or the scratch card, the code will be invalid. Step 4: Log in your MLBB account and press the profile tab. Step 5: Open settings and press redemption code. Step 6: Enter your redemption code. Step 7: Claim your prize from the in-game mail.
5. The exclusive KitKat x MLBB will have a unique code with a corresponding prize to claim in-app. Prizes will be revealed upon redeeming of unique code in-app.

1. NPI and Moonton shall assume no responsibility for:
a. Any tampering of the sleeve and/or the scratch card. Further NPI and MLBB shall not
be liable for a third party’s unauthorized use of the code. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the relevant websites caused
by any third party or resulting from or caused by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promotion. Any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connections,
garbled computer transmissions, and other problems or technical malfunctions in the
conduct of this Promotion. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or
alteration of entries of the participants under this Promotion or other similar instances
that may occur in connection with or in relation to this Promotion.
2. NPI, Moonton, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or
its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be
responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the digital
properties of NPI without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the prizes activated under this
Promotion are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but
not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or use or non-infringement.
3. NPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend this promotion on the basis of the
occurrence of a force majeure or any event beyond its control that will not make it possible for it
to continue with the conduct of the Promotion without affecting the fairness and integrity of the
same. This includes but is not limited to technical failures, technical malfunctions, etc. The decision of NPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion on the basis of the foregoing
is final and is not subject to appeal.
