Normally when you visit these places, you must first purchase tokens to insert in the machines to play the games. Credits in Rabbit Arcade are like these tokens you spend at the arcade to play games, EXCEPT in Rabbit Arcade's FREE PLAY mode, instead purchasing credits (tokens) you get them by downloading and playing games. The more you download and play, the more credits you earn. Once you have a

least one credit you can then join a cash tournament for chance to turn your credits to carrots. Credits help those without money or don't want to spend money to have a chance to join in a cash tournament for free. Carrots, on the other hand, are like the tickets you receive at the arcade IF you are successful against the competition. Win or lose, credits will be depleted, but at least you got to play games, right? Credits convert to Carrots only IF at the end of the tournament when the timer expires you score higher than your competitors and reach the ranking cutoff. Carrots like tickets in the arcade can be redeemed for cash and prizes like mobile load, data, and gaming pins. In PLAYBACK mode, you earn credits by linking your merchant accounts and uploading reciepts. So if you spend 1K in Lazada, you can upload your receipt then join in weekly Lazada tournament to try and play back your 1K purchase. The tournament mechanics are the same wherein only the top players will get their money back. In MEGA PLAY mode, every player must first purchase a gaming pin to earn play credits. The more players that join, the higher the jackpot grows. The Top 3 players will split the jackpot, so for example only, IF the jackpot is P100,000, then the the split would be as follows:

1st place - 50% (50,000)
2nd place - 20% (20,000)
3rd place - 10% (10,000)

Everyone else will receive P10

Unlike other tournaments, Mega Play resets daily so every day there are new winners. Start playing and earning today!

Just a quick update on cashout. We are still working on it. There are many rules that we have to follow and we want to make sure we are 100% compliant with all AMLA and KYC requirements. We cannot give exact date at this time because everyday we are slapped with new regulations and/or updates to existing ones. Once we have satisfied all regulatory pre-requisities, rest assured you will all be able to redeem carrots soon and your efforts will not be wasted.

Hi all! Just a quick update. To further comply with AMLA, we have been given an additional set of guidelines to follow on top of the existing ones before carrot redemption can return. It will take time to implement these changes, and we don't know yet the exact timeline, but rest assured your carrots and your efforts will not be wasted.

Here's what to expect:

1. Higher cutoff for Free Play (more winners)
2. Sunday will be the day of rest. Weekly tournaments will still reset by Saturday at 11:59pm PHT, but new tournaments will not start until Monday at midnight
3. Cashout will become Rewards wherein carrots can be redeemed for load, biller vouchers, merchandise, food, and merchant gift cards i.e. GCash, PayMaya, etc.
4. Taxes and fees will be inclusive of the exchange rate set by the reward partner which will vary depending on the reward selected

Hi everyone, we were informed just minutes ago while inquiring about the weekly reset that our partner's API will be offline for the next 2 weeks due to a system upgrade on their side.

Given our overall dissatisfaction with them, we have made the decision to change providers. Cashout and load features will return as soon as we find a new provider and complete the necessary steps to cutover. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; in the meantime, please continue playing, competing, and growing your carrots.

Want higher cashout limits? Want to cash out every day?

Help us, help you by showing the BSP that our community is not a hot bed of hackers, cheaters, or criminals.

As per the regulators, the key is to show that the majority of our users are legit with recurring transactions. Once we demonstrate this requirement on a regular basis, they will raise our limits and lift restrictions.

Unfortunately, at the moment when auditors review our database, they see names like Mickey Mouse, Kilikili Power, Roger Rabbit, Kung Pao Chicken, etc. 🤦‍♂️

It's no surprise why they don't take us seriously, and therefore impose heavy restrictions in accordance international KYC and AMLA policies.

To remediate, they suggest we promote features like Mega Play, or some other form of ecommerce which require the purchase of a digital, or physical product through a credit/debit/prepaid card, or bank transfer. These types of transactions will increase their confidence in Rabbit Arcade.

In summary, if you want to enjoy higher and more frequent cashouts, please help us by:

1. Creating only valid accounts
2. Playing Mega Play once, or twice a week

On a side note, we have already requested our payment provider to add GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay and others as accepted methods of payment.

We are also working to develop a benefactor program wherein gamers can receive sponsorship to play in tournaments in exchange for a share of the prize...

Just a friendly reminder: please do not share your username, tournament ranking, or game scores on social media. Cheaters and hackers use this vital information to create elusive and annoying bots to submit fake scores. Without a point of reference (like your scores and ranking), these bots are very easy to detect and kick out.

Help us fight the cheaters, please do not share your leaderboard/game stats with others. Thank you. Play on.

Thank you for all your comments. We are aware.

Do you guys think we are not diligently working with all the necessary parties to fix these issues. We are just small fish in a big, big pond. Have you tried working with our govt? Or the big conglomerates?

I think you can see from the current state of affairs that our govt and policies are not always easy to deal with, but it is OUR reality. All we can do is follow the guidelines and do our best to work with everyone involved to influence change.

Trust us we feel the pain much more than any of you.

Be patient, OR, go away. uninstall, unfollow, live your best life while we try to work with everyone involved to fix all issues.

We cannot do this if we have to constantly deal with unhelpful comments, cheaters, hackers, and abuse. From now on we will be actively banning and removing all that fit in these categories...

Get Ready. Mega Play (beta) is finally here. To try it out, download the latest version (1.2.0) of the Rabbit Arcade app from the Google Play Store.

After installing, open the app, click on "Play" then click on the "Mega Play" tab.

In MEGA PLAY mode, every player must first purchase a gaming pin to join the tournament. The more players that join, the higher the UNLI jackpot grows.

The Top 3 players will split the jackpot, so for example, if the jackpot is P100,000, then the the split would be as follows:

UPDATE: Score validation is now complete. All scores submitted on or before Sunday, August 29, midnight local PHT were counted and all legit players who were in the cutoff at midnight have been rewarded with carrots. All cheaters have been blocked and banned.

Thank you for your patience as it takes a very long time to go through millions of lines of logs and database entries.

As a reminder, we are still in open beta testing, and so hiccups like these should be expected. There are many parties involved in making RA work from our merchants to our cashout partners, and sometimes we fail. We are only human. The important thing is that we are learning and remain dedicated in our collective efforts to improve the platform.

We have learned a lot of lessons this week and will be implementing new methods to block these cheater bots in the coming weeks.

Hi everyone, some of you may have noticed that a few leaderboards again did not reset at exactly midnight (PHT) today. This is because our AI again detected a surge of fake score submissions in the hours leading up to the end of the tournament. When this happens, the system goes into automatic lockdown mode in order to initiate manual verification of all the log entries and ensure all fake and cheater scores are discarded.

Affected tournament countdown timers may continue to run and show negative times, however, you can already stop playing.

Rest assured only VALID scores submitted before the cutoff will be counted and cheaters will be blocked and banned. Please be patient as we validate and verify all scores to ensure all LEGIT players receive their carrots later today.

Hi everyone! Just a quick update on some recent changes, in response to your requests and feedback.

Starting today, we will only allow 1 device per leaderboard. Users may still use multiple devices and join in multiple leaderboards, but only 1 active game session is allowed per leaderboard.

For example, if a player in the Free Play tournament, asks a friend to log in on another device to team up and help them increase their score in one tournament, the scores submitted from the 2nd device will not be counted since the original device still has the primary active tournament session. The original player must close his/her leaderboard game on his/her device first to transfer the active session to the 2nd device.

A player may still join and play multiple leaderboards from their primary device, but if he, or she enlists the help of friends on other devices to help them compete in other leaderboards simultaneously, then each friend on each additional device should only focus on 1 leaderboard at a time to maximize the benefit.

REMINDER:
Please always close a game completely so it is not in your recent apps. This is especially true since the same game may sometimes be used in other leaderboards. Closing the game completely and re-launching it from the RA leaderboards is the best way to ensure your scores are counted and submitted to the proper leaderboard.

As a reminder, we are still new and bound by daily, weekly, monthly transfers set by BSP and enforced by cashout partners, meaning once limits reached we have to wait until the limits reset.

This is why the cashout feature is intermittently offline. We do NOT control it; we only follow guidelines set for us. It will reset on Sunday since weekly limit was again exceeded.

Having more players means the faster we reached these limits. Hence why we tried to make the cashout more dynamic based on the player activity to allow more players to cashout.

As per regulators having higher balance is better so they allow us to offer higher cashout limits (up to 10K a week) if the user is fully kyc'd with valid ID. They say a user with higher revolving balance has less reason to commit fraud and run because they have more reason to stay.

Anyway, we are working with all parties involved to find common ground to make this both safe and convenient for our users. We are not in control of these things.

Please contact the federal govt to have banking laws changed so our cashout partners can raise our transfer limits. We are doing our best to follow the guidelines set for us while trying to help our players maximize their benefit.

We have heard your concerns. We will continue to raise it with our cashout partners.

Lastly, for Nth time, we are still in open beta testing. We only opened it because so many people were eager to try it and begged us to remove sign up restrictions. We already said the app was not yet ready. We are just a small team trying to improve the app. If you cannot be a helpful user during our testing phase to help us improve the app, then go away. Uninstall the app and stop wasting our time and your time. We are 100% legit but we cannot do our job if we have to constantly respond with the same comments over and over to people giving bad reviews for something we all agree needs improvement. Either help us improve with useful feedback or go away and come back later once system is fully launched. Thank you to everyone else who support us and know us.
