⚖️𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗡𝗢. 𝟬𝟬𝟳, 𝗦. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲|| 𝗜𝗖-𝗟𝗦𝗚 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

In pursuit of transparency, accountability, and effective student leadership, the Institute of Computing – Local Student Government formally enacts Ordinance No. 007, Series of 2026, establishing a structured and standardized Annual Performance Evaluation System for all elected and appointed IC-LSG officials.

This ordinance institutionalizes a fair, objective, and developmental evaluation mechanism that assesses officials based on their performance, responsibilities, leadership, professionalism, and service to the student body. Through student evaluation, peer assessment, self-evaluation, and committee-based review, the IC-LSG aims to strengthen leadership development, organizational integrity, and continuous improvement within the institution.

Anchored in accountability and ethical governance, the evaluation system is not punitive; it supports growth, recognition, and institutional excellence. It further reinforces the IC-LSG's commitment to transparent public service and responsive student representation.

In line with its commitment to student welfare and stewardship, the Institute of Computing – Local Student Government formally enacts Ordinance No. 006, Series of 2026, establishing free potable water services exclusively for bona fide students of the Institute of Computing.

This ordinance aims to promote health, hydration, and convenience by ensuring accessible and safe drinking water within the IC-LSG Office. It also reinforces transparency, accountability, and proper management in the procurement, maintenance, and operation of the student water station.

Beyond supporting student well-being, the initiative encourages environmental responsibility through the use of reusable containers while easing the financial burden caused by the daily purchase of bottled water. Through this program, the IC-LSG continues to uphold responsive leadership and student-centered public service for the entire IC community.

In line with its commitment to accountability, transparency, fairness, and due process, the Institute of Computing – Local Student Government formally enacts Ordinance No. 004, Series of 2026, strengthening the authority and functions of the IC-LSG Grievance Committee.

This ordinance establishes a clear and accessible grievance-handling mechanism that ensures every concern, complaint, and allegation raised by students and officers is addressed ethically, impartially, and efficiently. Through standardized procedures on mediation, investigation, and resolution, the IC-LSG upholds the rights, welfare, and dignity of the student body while promoting responsible leadership and integrity in public service.

The ordinance further reinforces the importance of confidentiality, protection of student rights, and adherence to constitutional principles in resolving grievances within the organization.

The Institute of Computing – Local Student Government (IC-LSG) formally adopts its Book of Internal Rules and Procedure, serving as a foundation for order, accountability, transparency, and integrity within the organization.

Guided by the Constitution and By-Laws, these rules aim to strengthen responsible leadership, proper legislative conduct, and effective governance in serving the welfare and interests of the IC student body.

Through this framework, the IC-LSG reaffirms its commitment to ethical leadership, sound decision-making, and genuine public service as student leaders dedicated to empowering the Institute of Computing community.

The 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒕𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈-𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 celebrates a historic milestone as 𝑁𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒 𝐴𝑛𝑛𝑒 𝑃𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑧, 𝐴𝑖𝑟𝑎 𝑅𝑜𝑐𝑒𝑙 𝑁𝑎𝑧𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑜, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑅𝑢𝑧𝑧𝑒𝑙 𝑀𝑎𝑒 𝑃𝑎𝑑𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑠 dominate the National Programming Competition for Women at the 26th Philippine Computing Science Congress.

In a high-stakes display of technical mastery, Perez secured 2nd Place in the Individual Category, while the trio clinicaly claimed 2nd Place in the Group Category. Their performance against the country’s top programmers underscores the caliber of excellence and character fostered within our Institute.

Mentored by coaches Queen Angelica Gado and Hannah Mae Lolong, these women have officially set the gold standard for our student body. They are no longer just competitors—they are the new icons of IC innovation.
