In pursuit of transparency, accountability, and effective student leadership, the Institute of Computing โ Local Student Government formally enacts Ordinance No. 007, Series of 2026, establishing a structured and standardized Annual Performance Evaluation System for all elected and appointed IC-LSG officials.
This ordinance institutionalizes a fair, objective, and developmental evaluation mechanism that assesses officials based on their performance, responsibilities, leadership, professionalism, and service to the student body. Through student evaluation, peer assessment, self-evaluation, and committee-based review, the IC-LSG aims to strengthen leadership development, organizational integrity, and continuous improvement within the institution.
Anchored in accountability and ethical governance, the evaluation system is not punitive; it supports growth, recognition, and institutional excellence. It further reinforces the IC-LSG's commitment to transparent public service and responsive student representation.
