So, we tend to give a price range or average price. Plus, the fact that the internet connections nowadays are unreliable.

DO YOU HAVE A DISPLAY CENTER OR SHOP?
We are only manufacturers of custom made furniture and fixtures. Meaning we don’t have a finish product for display and for retail.
However, we have plans on having our own display room soon but for now, you are all welcome to visit us, here in our shop to check our materials, craftsmanship and production. We also have vintage inspired decors to add more sophistication to your orders.
HOW TO ORDER?
First step in ordering is to send us photos of furniture you want us to make. We have plenty of photos and videos here in our albums, plus the unlimited photos from the internet especially google. You can send many photos as reference to your design.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. We will highly appreciate if you will not send photos from other local furniture shops. It is their creation, not ours. We would like to initiate and promote mutual respect and understanding with them. We believe it will be unfair on their part since they are the ones who spend time and effort for that. But If you like their creation and their photos, it is better if you will order from them. We will be happy for them too in a way that their income will also give more comfort to their loved ones. After all, that is the basic reason why we are all striving to earn, for our family.
WHY YOU DON’T HAVE FIXED PRICE?
We don't have fixed price since basically we offer custom-made service. Hence the price will depend on the design, dimensions, materials, style and craftsmanship. Please note that the price range and difference are strongly dictated by the price of wood per board feet and the upholstery cover. it varies per supplier too.
Nevertheless, the key step in knowing our price range is PHOTO (first step). You can comment on our post or you can send it to us.
DO YOU HAVE A PRICE CATEGORY?
Yes. Our price category depends on the materials of the furniture frame:
BRONZE: Metal and Marine Plyboard
SILVER: Wood, Metal and Marine Plyboard
GOLD: Wood and Metal
Per category we provided options for the sizes, upholstery cover or coating. Whenever we send proposals, we send the tabulated form, so you would be guided accordingly.
WHAT ARE THE DESIGNS AND STYLE YOU CAN CREATE?
We are in a custom-made industry, so we can do many styles and designs that you desire. From Victorian, Coastal, Mediterranean, Italian, Industrial, Modern, Contemporary, Country, Eclectic, Traditional, Geographical, and the likes. We also specialize in space-saving ideas and furniture with secret compartments and/or storage.

Complete submission of requirements and 50% down payment 50% upon full delivery.
OPTION 2: (With good credibility and good credit standing)
Complete submission of requirements and 50% down payment then balance will be paid monthly up to 6 months. Delivery upon full payment
OPTION 3: (With good credibility and good credit standing)
Complete submission of requirements and 50% down payment. Additional fees are applied. We accept Post Dated Cheques (PDC) for 3 to 6 months payment. Delivery is upon completion even without full payment.
OPTION 4: (With good credibility and good credit standing)
SEMI- LAY AWAY PAYMENT: Complete submission of requirements and 50% down payment. Weekly of every 15 days lay away payment. Delivery is upon finish of production. Additional fees are applied. We also accept Post Dated Cheques (PDC).
OPTION 5 (SPECIAL OPTION EXCLUSIVE for OFWs with good credibility and good credit standing):
LAY- AWAY PAYMENT. Complete submission of requirements and weekly of every 15 days lay away payment. Delivery is upon finish of production Additional fees are applied. We also accept Post Dated Cheques (PDC).
CAN YOU WORK ON OUR BUDGET?
We will also appreciate it if you could share it with us so we can COMPROMISE AND ADJUST the materials and dimensions. That is the beauty of custom made and made to order anyway. Moreover, we can also give you suggestions based on our expertise, so we can bring true elegance to your home within your budget.

WHAT IS THE COMPLETION SCHEDULE OF OUR ORDER?
It really depends on the style and size. Plus, other factors like weather for coating. We also make sure that the wood we will used our seasoned and dry. Hence this will really make time.
However, you would know and be aware about the status of your orders since you will be given updates.
Everything is handcrafted and personally monitored by me and my husband. The materials are of best quality and imported too. Shipment alone takes time.

We refuse to accept more orders for we are not into "MASS PRODUCTION". We can only cater 3 to 4 clients at a time to ensure our stand for quality. We also refuse to deliver products that did not pass our standards. Hence, we will redo them countless times if needed too.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS?
We are based in Midsayap, Cotabato but we do deliveries nationwide. We can refer you to our trusted contact of forwarders. Delivery fee depends on the number of furniture or load and the distance of delivery point. We can arrange a meeting or means of communications so you can discuss further with them.
