[PRESENTATION]

"ＤＡＦＦＯＤＩＬ ＰＲＯＪＥＣＴ － Ｈｏｕｓｅ Ｒｅｎｏｖａｔｉｏｎ"

This Proposed Renovation of Two Storey Residence also known as the DAFFODIL PROJECT, was named after the Daffodils Lane where it is situated in Laguna.

With the client’s fondness of the red brick facade that has been historically staple in the United Kingdom, the designer chose to apply Modern-Rustic Style in this project. Finding the balance between Modern and Rustic Style creates a timeless and contemporary feel to an Architectural piece. The intention is to use these elements to add warmth that is blended with clean modern aesthetic through innovative materials.

The design aims to create a character that is unique amongst the identical residentials inside the village.
