Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks.
- Assists the Sales Department head with the day-to-day operations.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, inventories with statistical data, as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate or Under Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 2year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Fresh graduates are also free to apply, as long as they have the correct set of skills and mindset to learn and finish a given job on a given time.
- Willing to be under our Manpower agency for 6 months.
