π§ Responsibilities:
β’ Supervise and coordinate daily trucking operations
β’ Assign and monitor driver schedules and delivery routes
β’ Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
β’ Resolve delivery delays and driver issues quickly and effectively
β’ Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption
β’ Collaborate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure smooth operations

π Requirements:
β’ Experience in trucking, fleet supervision, or logistics (1β2 years preferred)
β’ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
β’ Knowledge of DOT/LTO regulations and safety protocols
β’ Good communication and team management skills
β’ Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Excel, dispatch/fleet software is a plus)
