𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮: 𝗘𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴’𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲

After two years of devoted missionary service, Elder Nathan Azriel Sasing from Malolos 3rd Ward (Local Congregation) of Malolos Philippines Stake (Diocese) has been honorably released from his calling as a full-time missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He concluded his service in the Korea Seoul South Mission and was formally released on April 17, 2026, by Malolos Stake President Dennis Santiago.

For Elder Sasing, his mission became a personal journey of coming to know Jesus Christ. He reflected: “I grew up in the Church and knew about Jesus Christ, but it was during my mission that I came to truly know Him. Though not face to face, His countenance became etched in my heart. Through prayer, scripture study, and service, I saw Him in the details of my life. In moments of pain and fear, I found strength and healing through His Atonement. I now know with certainty that He is and always will be. I testify in His holy name—even Jesus Christ, the Son of God, amen.”

As Elder Sasing returns home, he carries with him a strengthened testimony and a renewed desire to continue serving others. His missionary experience stands as a meaningful chapter in a lifelong journey of faith, devotion, and Christlike service.

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱, 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱: 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗼’𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲

With a willing heart and a deep desire to serve the Lord, Sister Daniela Ivana Santiago from Plaridel Ward (Local Congregation) of the Malolos Philippines Stake (Diocese) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was set apart as a service missionary on April 9, 2026.

The setting apart was conducted by Malolos Stake President Dennis Santiago, her father, marking a sacred milestone in her journey as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

When asked how she feels about her calling, Sister Santiago shared: “Serving my mission near home was not what I expected—it wasn’t what I had been preparing for. At first, I felt reluctant. Not because I was ashamed, but because I was scared to do something I didn’t feel prepared for. But I was reminded that all I have ever wanted was to serve my fellow beings full-time. Now, I am excited to learn new things, meet new people, and draw closer to our Savior.”

As a service missionary, Sister Santiago will dedicate her time and talents to meaningful acts of service: blessing lives, strengthening the Church, and reflecting Christlike love in ways uniquely suited to her gifts and circumstances.

Her calling is a gentle reminder that every missionary is equally called and needed in the Lord’s work. Through her quiet faith, we see that true service is not measured by where we serve, but by how we serve.

𝗘𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮: 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁

The Malolos Philippines Stake (Diocese) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced the honorable release of Elder Karl Anthony Manansala following the completion of his two-year service as a full-time missionary.

Elder Manansala was formally released on April 9, 2026, by Malolos Stake President Dennis Santiago.

He served in the Philippines Cabanatuan Mission, where he dedicated his time and efforts to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and ministering to individuals and families.

His return marks the continuation of a lifelong commitment to serve, love, and uplift others as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

With love and dedication to serve, Sister Ricca Mae Generoso from Malolos 1st Ward (Parish) of the Malolos Philippines Stake (Diocese) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was set apart as a teaching missionary on April 8, 2026.

The setting apart was conducted by Malolos Stake President Dennis Santiago, marking an important step in her journey as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Sister Generoso has been assigned to serve in the Philippines Tacloban Mission and she will begin her missionary training on April 10, 2026.

As she embarks on her missionary service, her willingness to serve reflects the Savior’s ultimate example of love: “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:13).

The resurrected Savior showed Himself to those He loved.

He appeared to Mary at the empty tomb. He walked with other disciples as they traveled to a town called Emmaus. He shared meals with His followers. And on the other side of the world, He appeared to those in the Americas.

Today, faithful people around the world know the truth—that Jesus Christ lives! And because of that, each one of us will be resurrected someday. Death is not the end.

All of this because of our Savior’s ! That is what we celebrate on Easter.
