Its architectural design focuses on the timeless Traditional Filipino design with a touch of "Silong". The house is meticulously designed, taking into account feng shui principles and the surrounding landscapes.

Situated on a spacious 1500 square meter lot, with a generous 460 square meters of floor area, this house stands elevated from the private road for added privacy. As you approach the main entrance, you'll be greeted by 11 elegant floating steps, adding a touch of grandeur to the arrival experience.
