The SEAL-BETA rollout in Negros Occidental wrapped up with the graduation of local microentrepreneurs after four days of intensive training.

Held in Bacolod City, the program—led by PTTC-GMEA with BPI Foundation and BPI Direct BanKo—covered key business skills and ended with a Mini Trade Fair at SM City Bacolod. Among the featured products was the wire art bonsai by Culas Furniture Manufacturing, a highlight of local creativity.
