Wood works has been established in Pampanga since the Spaniards came into the island, furniture business started to begin.The married Teofilo Cayanan and Victoria Castro Cayanan made their own furniture shop around 1950’s and started to built its own empire in Guagua, Pampanga. anan is one of the 6th Oldest Master Carpenter in Betis Pampanga. The Original Name of the Furniture shop is VCC Furniture stands for “Victoria Castro Cayanan Furniture” and the VCC Furniture shop expanded and it has several branches around Metro, Manila in the early 70’s some of their sons started to learn carpentry and later on they enter the same business of their parents. And one of their Daughter Ligaya Castro Cayanan and her brothers continued the furniture legacy, they build their own furniture shops under their names. in 1980’s Teofilo and Victoria decided to go back in Pampanga and leave the furniture shop to Ligaya Cayanan, this gives birth to Sta Ursula Betis Furniture. The shop was originally in Congressional Avenue in Quezon City, around 2016 Ligaya Cayanan Diaz the heir of the family Established a new furniture shop in Sta Rita Pampanga and now called the “New Sta Ursula Betis Furniture” the furniture shop is being handled by Ligaya Cayanan Diaz for almost 40 years. And when the pandemic comes in 2020 the furniture shop in Sta Rita was moved in Villa Guadalupe Sta Ursula Betis Guagua Pampanga and now, with the help of her Children the furniture shop was even more successfully and now the children of Ligaya Cayanan Diaz also build their own furniture shop but still under the New Sta Ursula Betis Furniture. We still continue to grow in business with the help of our Family, and now we are recognized throughout the country in producing durable and High-Quality furniture’s, and one of our loyal customer’s is the Mobilier d’art of SM Telabastagan. We have also been a lot of clients from well-known restaurant around the country, most of our clients are famous celebrities, Government officials, Government Establishments, Business owners and are delighted with the furniture we produce.
