Submission Guidelines
1. Open to all Philippine-based Filipino Artists, 18 years old and above.
2. You may submit only one (1) artwork using any representational style and medium (EXCEPT digital art and, photographs,) in any size; and priced at a maximum of Php 25,000.

3. Submit a digital photo of your artwork in high resolution and Jpeg file without the frame and/or background. Do not use Dropbox or Google Drive.

6. Attach a digital photo of you with your artwork in a jpeg file. (Selfie with artwork)
7. Important Reminders:
- The artwork must be an original work, conceptualized and executed wholly by the artist.
-The artwork must not contain fan art, covid related subjects, s*x, nudity, drugs, violence, hate, and direct attacks on individuals and groups.
- The artwork for submission must not be currently published or has been published on any media platforms.
- The artist must also refrain from posting the submitted entry on social media before the exhibition's opening.
- Art Show Philippines Curatorial Committee has the right to choose the artworks for the online show. If your artwork is accepted in the online show, we will add you to the exhibition group chat.
- Art Show Philippines will directly connect the buyer/collector to the artist for a smooth transaction via the exhibition group chat.
-Participating artists are advised to have their GCash and Bank Account ready for faster transactions.
- 20 % sales commission will be collected by Art Show Philippines for every artwork sold.
Art Show Philippines has exclusive selling rights over the artworks for 45 days, starting from the opening day of the online exhibition. Within the said period, Art Show Philippines has the right to collect the 20% sales commission regardless of the manner by which the transaction was effected.
After the 45-day exhibition period, only those sales transacted by Art Show Philippines will be subjected to the sales commission.
In case of a pullout within the 45-day period, a 20% penalty fee based on the artwork's published price will be collected.
- Submissions that do not comply with the requirements will not be considered. All entries and artwork details are final. No corrections will be allowed during the show.
- By submitting your artwork/s, you are accepting Art Show Philippines' submission guidelines and conditions.
