The Bohol District Jail - Women's Dormitory through BEDIPO's ( Bohol Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office) collaborative programme with HoliCOW continues our livelihood and skills partnership with these PAMITAS Coasters.

Starting with an easy-to-learn craft such as crocheting, we designed and patterned these fruit-themed coasters inspired by local market finds, for the women of the female dormitory to crafts and explore with their own techniques and artistic takes.

The PAMITAS Coasters are sold individually so you can customize the combinations to your heart's desire 🍉

Last November 2025, we partnered with the East Asian-Australasian Flyway Partnership (), a network of government agencies and NGOs advocating for the protection and conservation of migratory waterbirds, by holding a hablon installation and weaving demonstration with our very own mobile loom for their 12th Meeting of Partners in Mactan, Cebu 🦆

Completing their theme of "weaving cultures", we also customized personal towels with an embroidered artwork of the Great White Egret, a protected migratory bird that makes a stop on the nearby Olango Island, for guest gifts, as well as create original illustrations of various bird species that include Cebu, particularly for its mangrove forests, in their migratory path.

Congratulations to last year’s batch of Challengers!

As part of our collaboration with very50, a Japanese NPO that provides project-based educational programmes for nurturing empathy and life skills particularly in young learners, we hosted ten of twenty Challengers who came over their spring break to do an intensive overseas work internship.

Overseen by a team of mentor-peers, they were introduced to the culture of Hablon in rural Argao, got to understand the importance of preserving the feeling of culture and creation. Their hard work culminated in an insightful and most importantly practical approach to expanding HoliCOW’s product lines, which we are excited to incorporate to our future designs.

very50's programmes are carefully curated to give their Challengers a perspective that is holistic, empathic, and proactive to contribute meaningfully. We can’t wait to have you again soon!

Where it all began 🌞

Started from a roadshow through five cities along Germany's Rhine River as a proof of concept for sustainable retail and production in the Philippines, in 2014... and look where we are now!

30+ communities in both Negros and Region 7 as co-designers and collaborators, promoting the exciting ephemerality of sustainably handmade, and upcycled material, and three design systems distinctions (with one of them an international award!).

The journey itself is a goal, and so far it's led us to so many goals. And now, as 2026 opens, we find ourselves in the heart of a thriving community in the middle of the City. Daghang salamat ninyong tanan. 🧡
