Snippets: Hon. Bernardo F. San Juan Sr.

1. He was born on March 12, 1924.

2. He was the Mayor of Cardona from July 1, 1992 - June 30, 2001.

3. Together with Mrs. Rodina R. Espiritu, he is best known for his efforts in establishing free public high school education in Cardona. Because of his dedication, in his honor, Cardona National High School was renamed to Bernardo F. San Juan National High School in 2004.

4. He competed at the 1960, 1964, and 1968 Summer Olympics where he ranked 51st, 26th and 28th respectively.

5. He competed at the 1966 Bangkok Asian Games (Silver Medalist - Small-Bore r***e three positions team 50 m, Men).
