-->> Sushi uses rice and other ingredients, such as vegetables, which are all rolled up in a sheet or nori (seaweed) and sliced into pieces
1. FUTO MAKI --- the thick kind of Makimono (roll wrappped with nori [seaweed sheet]) This is one of the specialty of sushi gourmet for its thickness and great flavour. It is fully filled with six various ingredients: mango, cucumber, carrots, crab meat, japanese omelette, and kewpie mayonnaise.
2. CALIFORNIA MAKI --- a kind of Uramaki that the japanese rice is on the outside and the nori inside stuffed with crab meat, mango, and Kewpie mayonnaise and coated with capelin roes/sesame seeds.
3. KANI MAKI --- a kind of Hoso Maki that is the thin roll kind of sushi stuffed with crab meat. Salmon/Tuna fillings are also available for advance orders.

1. KANI NIGIRI --- crab meat stick topped on japanese rice and wrapped with nori strip.
