For Parties for occassions like birthdays, debut, anniversaries, baptism.. Package starts at Php. 300 per pax (fixed rate) for a minimum number of 50 pax, this includes the following:
Exclusive Access to the Venue this includes garden area, swimming pool area, living room area for 8 hours, party hours are limited up to 11pm only in compliance with baranggay rules re noice.. Rooms are not included in the package however if number of pax reaches 100-150 pax ( only the masters bedroom will be provided) limited to 8 hrs, however other rooms can also be included for a rental fee, should you want to rent the rooms prices are as follows, masters php 2,500, small rooms are at 1,500 each, this is on top of the package mentioned.
Should you want to rent the venue alone, prices is 15k ( fixed rate) per. day..24 hrs inclusive of all rooms... However number of. pax allowed to use the rooms overnight are limited based on room capacity, no food included in this package, however, can still make arrangements for buffet type set up if needed. If not Corkage fees will be charged for every food brought in by food warmer, lechon etc..
Complete 3 course buffet set up with dessert and drinks (menu choices will be provided) Exclusive Caterer for our events is Brac's Catering Services...
Basic tables and chairs set up and basic party decorations.
Videoke, speakers, lights and sounds equipments added on top of the in house sound syster there is a charge of Php. 1k each.
There is a separate package for weddings, minimum price per pax starts at 350 per pax minimum of 50.
50% downpayment is required upon confirmed booking and a deposit of 2k. Deposit will be returned after the event or can be included in the remaining balance, however this is also subject to checking if there are any damages after the party..
