๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐จ- personnel of the Pinamalayan Municipal Police Station (MPS), as the lead unit, together with the City of Talisay Police Station Tracker Team, Oriental Mindoro Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), 4th Platoon, 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), led by PCPT Mario G. Jacinto, Platoon Leader, and 403rd BMC, RMFB, successfully arrested a Most Wanted Person at District V, Brgy. Sta. Rita, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, on August 21, 2026.
The arrested individual, identified as ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, was listed as Municipal Level No. 4 and Provincial Level No. 8 Most Wanted Person of Talisay City, Cebu, highlighting the significance of the coordinated manhunt operation.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of PLTCOL Israel Cisco T. Magnaye, Force Commander, and PLTCOL Christian P. Bermudez, Chief of Police, Pinamalayan MPS, pursuant to a Warrant of Arrest dated May 13, 2020, issued by Hon. Romeo Abello Reyes Jr., Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Seventh Judicial Region, Branch 7, Talisay City, Cebu.
The warrant was issued for Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(b) of Republic Act No. 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. TCR-2026-15645, with a fixed bail of PHP 200,000.00.
The successful arrest was made through close coordination and information-sharing among the participating police units, demonstrating the effectiveness of inter-unit cooperation in locating and apprehending wanted persons who may attempt to evade the law.

The arrest was documented using an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) in accordance with the Supreme Court's A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC on the use of Body-Worn Cameras and alternative recording devices in the ex*****on of warrants.
The arrested individual was apprised of their constitutional rights, including the Miranda Warning, and informed of their rights under the Anti-Torture Law, consistent with the PNP's commitment to lawful, rights-based, and professional police operations.
The arrested person is currently under the custody of Pinamalayan MPS for documentation and proper disposition before the appropriate court.
