Bagong Bayan II, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, on August 21, 2026.

During the visit, Atty. Chavez-Espaรฑa conducted a Talk to Men for the personnel of the Headquarters and 1st Platoon, where she shared relevant guidance and reminders on professionalism, discipline, accountability, and the proper performance of police duties.

Their team inspected the personnel and facilities of the unit as part of her visit.

The activity provided an opportunity for the personnel to gain valuable insights and reminders that can further strengthen their commitment to professional, disciplined, and ethical police service.

Jacinto, Platoon Leader, and 403rd BMC, RMFB, successfully arrested a Most Wanted Person at District V, Brgy. Sta. Rita, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, on August 21, 2026.

The arrested individual, identified as ๐—๐—๐—๐—๐—๐—๐—๐—๐—๐—๐—๐—, was listed as Municipal Level No. 4 and Provincial Level No. 8 Most Wanted Person of Talisay City, Cebu, highlighting the significance of the coordinated manhunt operation.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of PLTCOL Israel Cisco T. Magnaye, Force Commander, and PLTCOL Christian P. Bermudez, Chief of Police, Pinamalayan MPS, pursuant to a Warrant of Arrest dated May 13, 2020, issued by Hon. Romeo Abello Reyes Jr., Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Seventh Judicial Region, Branch 7, Talisay City, Cebu.

The warrant was issued for Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(b) of Republic Act No. 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. TCR-2026-15645, with a fixed bail of PHP 200,000.00.

The arrest was documented using an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) in accordance with the Supreme Court's A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC on the use of Body-Worn Cameras and alternative recording devices in the ex*****on of warrants.

The arrested individual was apprised of their constitutional rights, including the Miranda Warning, and informed of their rights under the Anti-Torture Law, consistent with the PNP's commitment to lawful, rights-based, and professional police operations.

The arrested person is currently under the custody of Pinamalayan MPS for documentation and proper disposition before the appropriate court.

Isinagawa ang operasyon matapos ireport ng isang opisyal ng barangay na na-trap ang mga g**o ng Naswak Elementary School dahil sa biglaang pagtaas ng tubig ng Bongabong River at pagbagsak ng bamboo bridge na nagsisilbing pangunahing daanan palabas ng sitio.

Agad na nakipag-ugnayan ang MDRRMO sa mga tauhan ng PNP at iba pang katuwang na responders at mabilis na nagtungo sa lugar upang tiyakin ang kaligtasan at agarang paglikas ng mga stranded na g**o.
