This is to address the allegation of Mr. George Yarte
For us to be clear, we use third party couriers/riders for us to be able to deliver our products to your home. The shipping cost will always depend on your location. Our product is meant to be delivered dismantled and placed inside a box --- sealed and brand new. For our customer’s convenience we offer assembling fee that goes directly to the drivers or the person who assembled the said product.
We hire riders and delivery personnel for a special trip for us to be able to deliver your products in the same day and for the riders to assemble your order. It is not proper to not pay a person who gave you his service.
In the case of Mr. George Yarte, you can see in the screenshots that we did not ask him for 500 pesos assembling fee rather, he OFFERED us 500 pesos. We explained everything to him and there is no hidden fee. We did not force him to buy our product. It’s a shame for a person who DID NOT EVEN BUY to post a bad review that can affect our business.

If you really want to file complaint against our small online business then do so. Just don’t bully our business in public. Present your evidence that we charged you for hidden fees. We will not accept this abuse especially, from you who has the audacity to leave a bad review but did not even buy.
