Let's have some history about this cafe. 🙂

🌿THE STORY BEHIND THE CAFE'S NAME:
Merchant as we google it means someone who owns a business and sells goods. In our own terms, "Negosyante" or "Tagabaligya".
The name has been derived from the names of the couple who owned the cafe, Merck the husband and Chantelle the wife. 💑

🌿WHY THIS CAFE HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED?
The wife, has been a lover of milktea since 2019 when milktea shops has been booming and popping everywhere. She has tasted almost every milktea shop near their vicinity in Makati and even when they got home in Aklan. She also ordered milktea from different shops for a month everyday through a delivery app. There are different tastes of milktea, there are blends that has too much sugar, and there are blends that lacks milk. For her love of milktea, she sought for the pioneer and authentic milktea corp here in the Philippines, whose blend originates from Taiwan (It is where the first milktea shop in the world has been established). She and her husband has undergone numerous hands-on trainings and certification to get the best blend of milktea that they both love. Those best blends are now being offered for the public to enjoy. 🌿🥛🍂
