Job Title: Junior Architect
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist our team of architects in designing and drafting architectural plans for a variety of projects, from residential to commercial and institutional buildings. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside experienced architects, collaborating with engineers, and managing projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of architectural plans, designs, and drawings.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Conduct research and analyze data to support the development of designs.
Prepare presentations and visual aids to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Participate in the development of construction documents.
Review project specifications and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
1-2 years of experience in an architecture firm or related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Understanding of building codes and regulations.
