This is to inform the public that Mr. Gerald Ken “GK” Culaway, also known as “GK Callaway” and “GK Chalamet,” is no longer connected with or affiliated with OPS Furniture Manufacturing Corp. / OPS Furniture Showroom in any capacity, effective July 18, 2026.
Effective on the date stated above, Mr. Gerald Ken “GK” Culaway is no longer authorized to represent OPS Furniture Manufacturing Corp. or OPS Furniture Showroom, solicit clients, negotiate, conduct business transactions, receive or collect payments, accept documents, issue commitments, or enter into any agreement on behalf of the Company.
To protect the interests of our valued clients, suppliers, business partners, and the public, we strongly advise everyone to refrain from transacting with Mr. Gerald Ken “GK” Culaway, also known as “GK Callaway” and “GK Chalamet,” regarding any matter that claims to involve OPS Furniture Manufacturing Corp. or OPS Furniture Showroom. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any transaction, agreement, payment, commitment, representation, or obligation made by him on or after July 18, 2026.
