erience will have a modern-day international restaurant headed by world renowned French Chef Laurent Tourondel. Named after our executive Chef Tourondel, LT Signature will be serving lunch and dinner everyday from 11am until 11pm, while offering room service 24 hours a day for our guests staying in the hotel. Seating will include a fine dining atmosphere while offering a casual lounge seating area at our guests’ request. We will be equipped to handle large groups or intimate private affairs. Our menu will be an international cuisine offering a wide selection of fresh salads, ceviches, meats, fish, and pasta. The Manrey wine cave will offer a well-rounded menu covering a worldwide selection of fine wines to choose from. Open from 11am until 3am our main bar will serve the finest cocktails in all of Panama. Our bars will be headed by the notorious and very well-known mixologist extraordinaire John Lermayer from the Morgan’s Hotel Group creating a unique beverage and cocktail menu like none other in Panama. This menu will feature culinary-style cocktails using the most modern ice service, the latest in molecular mixology and cutting edge garnishes. Using market fresh ingredients and custom preparation there will be no mixture experience like the Manrey one. At night the lobby will come alive after 10pm when Manrey turns up the volume, with a constant flow of International DJs playing on superior equipment and a top-notch sound system. For sure in no time you’ll be mingling with the who’s who of Panama and abroad in our ultra lounge atmosphere. Cielo (Rooftop Pool / Lounge / Bar)
For those guests who want an escape from the madness or just a relaxed environment to enjoy a cocktail, Manrey offers a hideaway on our rooftop known as Cielo. Situated with 2 bars and an exclusive VIP lounge this haven offers a DJ spinning contemporary lounge and upbeat music, full size lap pool, full kitchen serving a light menu for both lunch and dinner, and lounge chairs to relax in. For the roof overall, we will create a chic poolside-style cocktail and pitcher list to compliment the vibe of our outdoor space. Fresh local fruit, refreshing wine cocktails and variations of margaritas and mojitos will highlight the menu.
