New decks, fencing and bespoke gates for our clients. They wanted to soften the landscaping by adding decks over the existing concrete, and have a flush finish when walking from the house to garden. We added fencing to the rear of the garden and made a 4.5m sliding gate for boat access. We also made and installed a new gate over the front entrance so you can drive in and drive out with the boat.

We had to replace this failed butenol gutter on a three story historic villa with a new Tpo gutter. Reframed and improved on the original gutter, should be good for the next 20 years. Was a logistical nightmare getting everything up and down off this roof, but kept us fit and it looks great. Great view from the roof as well.

Here's a few photos of a lovely villa we renovated, it was moved in the 90's and hadn't really been touched since.
New walkin robe, extension to lounge, kitchen, verandah, moved the gable end of the house out 5m and remade the decorative moldings, new decking and staircases to garden, realignment of ceiling rose in board and batten ceiling, new open fireplace in the lounge and a bathroom and carport for the sleepout.

Not much uploaded for a while, but here's a snazy deck we have just completed.

Recent renovation of a villa kitchen. In the early 90's a previous owner decided to install a suspended ceiling in the kitchen/dinning area, giving the room a cramped feeling compared to the rest of the house. I removed this and re-created the original battern ceiling with plaster ceiling rose. I also made a decorative hallway arch to match the existing one and remade part of the gable end decoration.

My clients wanted to improve the light levels in their garden room and have easier access to the veg garden. So Two doors were acquired from the demolition yard and a new rebated frame made by me. I removed the window and added the doors in their new frame, moved the window over and made this bespoke porch out of Iroko timber. This has made this a much more usable space and enhanced their enjoyment of the garden.
