We are hiring! Accounts Administrator - seven month, fixed term maternity cover.

We are team of well-rounded joinery experts, with lots of combined experience and passionate woodworkers who take the upmost pride in what we design and provide.
Due to our current staff member going onto maternity leave, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic administrative team member, with accurate data entry skills and previous experience in admin to work in our office. This is for a fixed-term, maternity cover position, starting 12th May 2025 until 19th December 2025.
Qualifications and Experience
• Previous experience as in accounts administration or similar, knowledge of the Xero accounting software.
• Highly motivated & organized, accountable & professional.
• Positive and friendly personality as you will be the welcoming face for Contour.
• Excellent English-speaking abilities.
• Ability to work in New Zealand.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Accounts administration, including bill payment, quoting, invoicing, monthly filing and maintaining accurate records.
• Using Xero Projects and Google Drive to manage jobs, from first enquiry to job completion.
• Assisting with client communication.
• Processing the weekly payroll.
• Ordering materials for jobs.
• Maintaining the Health & Safety records.
• Light cleaning, as needed.

Hours
• 20-25 hours per week, between 10am - 3pm, Monday - Friday, based in Wanaka.
• Maternity cover fixed-term contract, starting 12th May 2025 and lasting until 19th December 2025.
