Greetings to you Rae's Lunch box is a lunch truck that services the outer Taupo area for morning tea and lunch within a 40km Radius. I am a qualified Chef who caters to the needs of hungry people
The concept to similar to that of Tasty Trucks Australia.

Its been about 8 months since I started Rae's Lunchbox and I have recently picked up some more clients which is a good sign. please spread the word and if you would like a price list and a couple of business cards let me know via phone. I personally don't come onto this site as I have friends that do it for me. ie my accountant.

We have the two council permits now. one for the mobile shop and the other for the food prep area. I love it when a plan goes together.

Council inspected Food Preparation area and truck yesterday and we have been given the all go. Drainage and water going in this morning and fridges and freezers are being picked up this afternoon. Floor has been painted with a special paint and is ready for its second top coat which I am about to do. I love it when a plan comes together. our first run maybe Wednesday.

Thanks to Ace Automotive the truck now has new locks on it so that no one can steal the drinks etc over night.

we have taken off the lift up garage door off and are installing a front door with a glass panel and window, like a ranchsider but its not.

The painting has started and on to its second coat of undercoat. looking good already.
