Breaking news- a contingent of our crew popped down to Christchurch last week to get inspired at the NZ Master Joiners Federation conference and awards dinner.
After an inspiring couple of days at conference the team attended the awards dinner. And boy did the awards flow.
Te Maia Andrews-Bradnock took out the Timber project for a craftsperson apprentice under 2 years.

Next Blake Evans took out the timber project for a craftsperson apprentice over 2 years. He then took out the most skilled, highest difficulty as decided by the judges, then Blake took out the peoples choice award.

This meant that Lee Brothers received the Gordon Caulfield trophy for our work with apprenticing and mentoring.

Like those 5 awards weren’t already enough, our leader and owner mr Paul Ingram was recognised with a lifetime achievement award in the form of the Owen Wright Memorial trophy.

Thanks to the the master joiners federation for an amazing and inspiring conference and all the recognition.

Its nearly the end of the year and the team decided to blow off some steam on the Kaituna Cascades with some white water rafting. Heaps of fun including a gnarly capsize on the big one!
We will be having a well earned break from the 22nd of Dec 2023 to the 15th of Jan 2024
Thanks for all the support this year and looking forward to doing it all again next year!

There is nothing better than walking around the factory at the end of the week and just seeing the amazing projects we are working on. Here are a few timber joinery products being crafted by our team.

1 is a huge set of bifold doors and we love the brass accents in the hinges and hardware. One complete and one to assemble

2 is a repurposed old door from a very special place for our client. We have made a new frame in matching European Oak and given it a new lease of life. Going to look fantastic in their new home!
