From its foundation on Lake Road, Lee Bros Ltd quickly expanded, at one time including a Tutanekai and Eruera Street General Store.

ACK ‘Ken’ Lee was the main driving force throughout every development, supported by his brothers and extended family.

Celebrating 100 years of Lee Brothers Cabinets & Joinery - thoughtfully crafted since 1926.

Earlier in the year we shared this milestone and hinted at sharing more of our work with you. We’re thrilled to officially start commemorating our celebrations by starting to look back at where it all began.

It was in 1926 that A.C.K ‘Ken’ Lee founded ‘Lee Bros Joinery’ on Lake Road, where it would be located for the next 86 years.
