Started the sanding for my side board. A change of colour scheme/ style to match rest of lounge... thankfully the wax is 5+ years old and seems to be ok w painting over. Also good to know that chalkpaint sands off like a dream... I'll mix my custom stain which is a black brown to stain all the mahogany
Cupboards and drawers in Ash... and gold wax will be applied to the mold work.

Lovely neutral tonings, would make a good cocktail cabinet

Solid mahogany so I sanded the top back and washed it w the chalk paint I've used on the carcass.

I quite enjoy creating painted backdrops to put decoupage designs on... for sale @ $175 pick up is Rolleston.

Finished and in place to match the other decor.. Just took a sneaky bit of paint off the edge and used up the remainder ...
