I used epoxy with a black tint to set the leaves and vines into their slots. By pushing them all to the bottom left corner when securing them in, I was able to create a slight drop shadow effect giving the inlay another level of detail.



Here I cut out my vines and leaves using the laser cutter.I also made a jig at the same time so I can route the cutouts ...
