When you buy an appliance from us — whether it’s brand new or pre-owned — you’re not just making a purchase, you’re gaining long-term support.
If an appliance develops a fault, we’ll assess the viability of repair at no charge, helping you make an informed decision on whether it’s worth repairing or replacing
And if you choose to repair it, we only charge for the parts required — no call-out fees and no labour charges.
When your product is under warranty, we also take the time to check whether the issue is a warranty fault or simply user error before lodging a warranty claim. Many manufacturers will charge for service calls where the fault is found to be user error, but we don’t. We’d rather help our customers understand and resolve the issue than send them a bill.
