Just finished up a recycled Rimu coffee table. Made using an old cracked mantlepiece which was not far off becoming firewood. Client shipped the timber up up from Otaki, I glued a couple of 6x2s to each side, passed the router sled over it, sanded, filled the crack and nail holes with black resin, cut, bent, drilled and painted the steel legs, urethaned the top, attached the legs at 11am for pickup by the client at 12. No time for a fancy photo shoot, shes out the door. Got timber laying about and want a table made from it? Ship it to Tables by Todd, I'll build it and ship it back to you!
