Mulching is a complicated game.

This hill was about 38 degrees, and photos never do a slope justice.

As a customer, you have to consider a lot when getting different contractors to quote a land clearing or mulching job.

- What are they going to charge?
- How long will they be on-site?
- Will you have to do a lot of work to get the land back to being useful (some larger machines can really damage the ground and leave bare dirt, ruts and even damage the land around the problem area during the clearing process.)

For us, it's simple, we aren't the biggest, highest horsepower machine. We can't promise to mulch up whole trees, and really, anything bigger than 50mm in diameter becomes a challenge for the machine if it's in big bunches.

What we offer is the ability to work on extreme slopes at a very competitive rate in the context of mulching, with the ability to tackle very wet ground, with little to no damage to the land itself.

The hill in the above photos had an active septic field near the bottom which we were able to drive over without so much as a print from our tires, all the while decimating this large patch of gorse in about 3 hours.

Don't get us wrong. Big machines are super cool, but for these more specialized, arguably small jobs, we believe we are the best option for value for money and land preservation.
