We want to apologise for not being able to reply to messages. We have moved onto a new farm managing in the Hokianga.
Life has been hectic with the big move and sussing the new farm while In calving season .

Nice easy Sunday, beautiful place tucked away in waipapa then we were off to kawakawa to shear 11 sheep that were over due for a hair cut. Nothing we couldn’t sort with the dogs handy.

Our promotion of free fly strike is over but that doesn’t mean the flies are going away just yet, So please keep an eye out for any signs and if you need help with treatment we have you sorted.

We were just the down road shearing these two beautiful lambs for some friends.

With this weather being perfect condition for fly strike we are offering free fly strike treatment for all sheep that have been attacked by flies with any shearing.

We hope you were safe over the Christmas period and this weather starts to behave so we can catch up on all the shearing and enjoy our summer holidays.

Remember this weather is prime condition for your sheep to get fly blown. So keep a close eye on your flock and if need we can treat them.

I always forgot to take before and afters but it’s nice when we get photos sent in. 🙌🏻

We had a busy weekend at my in-laws making up this portable shearing arm to hold my unit. We still need to make a couple of alterations, but very excited to get this up and going .

We are always trying to improve to make it easier and more accessible for lifestyle blocks to get their sheep shorn.

Quite afternoon drenching and docking our lambs.

With summer fast approaching the flies will be out in force. We treat fly strike with a spray on treatment but the best preventative is to get them shorn before the humidity kicks in.
