A fast build time ensures a lockable shell can be constructed in three to four weeks for our standard plans, with the completion taking about the same on top.

Our Story

We are a small building company based in North Canterbury, supplying and building houses primarily clad in timber. A fast build time ensures a lockable shell can be constructed in two to four weeks for our standard plans.

Wildwood have been building for over 15 years from Franz Josef to Kaikoura, and numerous places in between! Originally building modular ‘kitset’ style houses we now clad on site, but retain a fast build time by using pre-made framing and keeping things simple where we can. Most homes are built on piles, although concrete is an option - it just may take a little longer, and we predominantly clad in timber, either weatherboard or ply and batten.

Standard plans are available, but not exclusive - so feel free to ask about using your own variations and ideas. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
