The program focuses on empowering girls from two aspects, becoming part of the enumerator team & becoming part of personality development program and social network development initiative. The enumeration part allows the girl to be financially sound as they are paid for collecting data on regular basis related to mobile based survey. The personality development part provides them a platform to att
end to educate themselves on public speaking, interpersonal skills, appearance and how to get by with anything. While the social network development initiative provides them an opportunity to be a part of events and activities which are organized by groups like NEHUB, FOSS Nepal and many others. The major benefit of Sukarmi program is continuous learning through higher involvement.
