After your order is successfully dispatched, Kreesa will settle your payment within 7-15 business days based on your account that you have provided as primary recipient. Can I offer both products and services on Kreesa? Currently, you can only sell products and not services on Kreesa. Do I need to courier my products to Kreesa? No, Kreesa will handle shipping of your products. All you need to do is pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer. What are the documents required to register as a seller on Kreesa? Who decides the price of the products? As a seller, you will set the price of your products. Will I get charged for listing products on Kreesa? Listing your products on Kreesa.com is absolutely free. Kreesa does not charge anything for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small commission or fixed payment for what you sell. Who takes care of the delivery of my products? All you need to do is keep it packed and ready for dispatch. How and when will I get paid? The payment will be made directly to your bank account through NEFT transactions(On your primary account). Kreesa will settle your payments within 7-15 business days. When can I start selling? After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling. Kreesa need to approve your application after reviewing all your documents and inputs in order to launch . How many listings are required to start selling? You are required to have a minimum of 1 listings(unique products) to start selling on Kreesa. Pricing and Payments:
Who decides the price of the product? What are the fees charged? The following deductions are made from the order item value:
Commission fee: A percentage of the order item value based on vertical/sub-category
Shipping fee: Calculated on the basis of the product weight and shipping location
Collection fee: This will vary based on order item value and customer payment mode (Prepaid/Cash on Delivery)
Fixed fee: A slab wise Fixed fee. This varies based on Order item value
You can view the entire pricing details. What is Commission fee and how much commission is charged? Commission fee is a certain percentage of the order item value of your product. It differs across categories and vertical/sub-categories. Also for the very first time, we accept fixed payment and you can supply products without any limit. Please give an example to show the cost calculation. Here’s an easy example, which illustrates a sample for the calculation. If you have selected percentage based commissions :
If % rate is 10% and you sell product for Rs 1000. Then commission charged by kreesa would be 1000*10% = 100. Kreesa deducts its commission and pay you the remaining amount once return period gets over. How and when do I get paid? All payments are made through online transactions (online banking). Who takes care of the delivery of my products? What should I do if my area is not serviceable by Kreesa? During registration, save the details of your Landmark and click on the Continue button. You will be notified via e-mail when your Landmark area becomes serviceable. You can register on kreesa.com without any flaws. Once your area is serviceable we will approve your registration. How do I manage my orders on Kreesa? Through our seller dashboard, we make it really easy for you to manage your orders. Whenever a customer places an order, we will send you an e-mail alert and you will get notifications. You need to pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch within the time frame provided by you and inform us through the seller portal clicking ready to dispatch button. This will alert our logistics partner to pick up the product from you. Does Kreesa provide packaging material? We have a strong network of best packaging material providers in the industry. Apply for Return with appropriate reasons. The reasons if found inappropriate or contradicts return policy return request will be denied. If return applied is for technical products. Our technical team will contact you and verify whether the return is genuine or not. On verification from technical team our team will collect item from the delivered address. There will be no multiple attempts for collecting products. So the product to be returned should be made ready or it should be scheduled as per the convenience of customer. Once the product is approved by the seller amount will be returned in kreesa wallet which can be later used for purchase from kreesa.com or to bank account after 7 days of approval from seller. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the app or website within 7 days of items of the delivery date.
