Job Summary:
We are looking for an Odoo Developer with strong experience in backend module development and website UI design & development. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and extending Odoo ERP modules, integrating third-party applications, and designing responsive, user-friendly websites using Odoo's website builder and theme engine. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions and modern web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom Odoo modules using Python and Odoo's ORM framework.
Customize and enhance core Odoo business applications (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
Design and develop responsive websites and pages using Odoo Website Builder.
Create custom themes and templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and QWeb.
Work across the full stack including front-end UI and backend logic.
Integrate Odoo with third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with designers, consultants, and stakeholders to translate business requirements.
Perform Odoo version upgrades and data migration.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Software development (Prior experiences in Odoo preferred)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python and Odoo (ORM, Controllers, QWeb).
Strong front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
Experience with SQL queries, Git, and knowledge about Linux System.
Sound knowledge of web architecture and mobile app (hybrid) development.
Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and responsive design.
