Siv Lier Design Norwegian designer Siv creates furniture, products and spaces My approach to design is hands-on and intuitive, and my style is playful and simple.

I am a Norwegian designer and from my studio in Bergen I work on different projects within the field of furniture, products and spaces. Wood, cork and recycled materials recur in my work, as well as play with colours and contrasts. My projects often have a social dimension encouraging interaction; in Odel, a family of chairs, the back-rest is easily dismounted and changed to create new versions of

the chair. In the lamp Total Eclipse, the light is dimmed by pushing the moon in front of the sun. In the bedside table No Worries, you can put your worries away and get a good nights sleep.
